Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 154(EDC), thus adopting SCS CSHB 154(EDC), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 154(EDC)?"
